Exchanges
We only Exchange/Replace items if they are the wrong size, defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@akarizen.com or you can also send a Message request for Exchange on Whatsapp on the number which has your order tracking. This ensures a fast and hassle free Exchange process for you so that you need not to worry.
KINDLY NOTE : Products are Non-Refundable. They can be only Exchanged.
Products will get Exchange only Once.
Defective Product , Wrong Product Or Damaged Product issue should be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Pickup will be Attempt once, If the courier company is unable to pick up the Shipment you will have to send the shipment back to the company address.
Reverse pick up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code.
Please Return your product in the same condition as it was shipped.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: support@akarizen.com or you can also send a Message request for Exchange on Whatsapp on the number which has your order tracking. This ensures a fast and hassle free Exchange process for you; so that you need not to worry.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item for this case.
